Multicultural
Education Center |

 |
 |
| The Multicultural Education Center (MEC) is the
former home of Thomas Wall. Wall's family prospered in the lumber
industry in the late nineteenth century. It was acquired by
the University after World War II for use as a dormitory. It
became the MEC in 1971 and was placed on the National Registry
of Historic Homes in 1985. The Multicultural Education Center
serves as a gathering place for students to relax, study and
hold organizational meetings. All students are welcome. |
