| North Scott Hall is one of our two high-rise
residence halls housing residents on the second through tenth
floors. North Scott Hall is actively involved with South Scott Hall through
community council and they both share the main desk, hall facilities
and Stone Willy's, a campus dining area and recreation lounge.
The main desk provides many items including
games, video casset players, change, and ice machines. Stone Willy's, which is located centrally
between the two Scott Halls, includes a snack bar, big-screen
TV, mini video arcade, ping-pong, pool tables, and a foosball
table. Stone Willy's has a patio area with grills and can
also be reserved for social activities. Other hall facitilites
include a study lounge on every floor, a baby grand piano, weight
room and sauna.
One of the two largest residence
halls at UW Oshkosh, North Scott hall has plenty of activities and social interaction.
With nearly six hundred students living on nine floors, there
is no shortage of fun activities and people to meet. Within
North Scott Hall there are a couple of housing options: scattered
or coed by wing. Scattered housing (3rd, 6th, and 10th floors)
has intermixed female and male rooms. Coed by wing (2nd, 4th,
5th, 7th, 8th and 9th floors) have a wing of male rooms and
a wing of female rooms.
Located in the basement of
the Scott towers is the Scott Computer Lab and the Residence
Life Aerobics Center (affliated with the Fitness Center in
Fletcher Hall). The computer lab was recently renovated and
now has 15 PC's and 18 Mac's available along with a couple
scanners on both PC and Mac's. Lab consultants will be available
during the week to assist you with any questions or problems.
