The MIO is dedicated to helping residents connect to ResNet and providing support for any connection issues our residents may experience. We also do our best to help with virus and spyware related problems, however for liability reasons we cannot assist with other software or hardware related issues. If you need help with any services we provide, you can contact us at 920.424.0863 and we will try as best we can to resolve the issue. If we are unable to solve the problem over the phone, or if you need additional assistance, we can set up an appointment with you for a pair of Technicians to come out to your room. One of our most recent services is a program called Team Viewer. Team Viewer is an application that allows us to remotely help you with your computer and lets us help you faster.
